Hot Tub Removal & Disposal in NW Georgia
That old hot tub hasn't been fired up in years and it's eating your whole backyard. Getting rid of one is a genuine beast. We drain it, cut it up, and haul every piece, so you're left with a clean, empty spot.
A hot tub is maybe the single worst thing on a property to get rid of yourself. It's enormous, it's brutally heavy, it's usually wired in or bolted down, and half the time it's boxed in by a deck or a fence that went up around it. You can't lift it, you can't roll it, and you definitely can't set it at the curb. This is exactly the kind of job we're built for. You make one call, and it disappears.
Why Hot Tubs Are a Beast
People underestimate these things until they try to move one. Here's what you're actually dealing with:
- Dead weight, an empty tub is already heavy, and the shell, cabinet, and motor add up fast.
- Waterlogged, old tubs soak up water in the foam and framing, so they weigh even more than they look.
- Bolted & wired in, many are hard-wired to power or anchored down, not just sitting loose.
- Boxed in, decks, pergolas, and fences often get built around a tub, so it won't come out in one piece.
That combination is why "I'll just get a couple guys and a trailer" almost never works out.
Our Process: Drain, Cut, Haul
We do it in a clear order so it goes smooth and safe:
- Drain it. A full tub is waterlogged and immovable, so the water goes first.
- Cut it down. Since it won't fit through a gate or around a deck in one piece, we cut it into manageable sections right on site.
- Haul every scrap. Shell, cabinet, cover, motor, all of it goes in the truck and off your property.
You don't lift a thing and you don't clean up after us. We leave you a bare, clean spot where the tub used to be.
What Affects the Price
All our jobs start at $150, and hot tubs are priced by a few things: the size and weight of the unit, and how tough the access is. A tub sitting open in a wide side yard is a quicker job than one wedged behind a two-story deck with a narrow gate. Because they're big and heavy, most hot tub jobs run above the minimum, but you'll always know the exact number first, we give a free on-site estimate and there are no hidden fees.
Spas, Above-Ground & Decks
It's not just standard backyard hot tubs. We take swim spas, above-ground and inflatable-style setups, and the old rotting deck that was built around the tub if you want that gone too. If it's part of the same corner of the yard you're trying to reclaim, we can clear the whole thing in one go.

Hot Tub Removal FAQ
How much does hot tub removal cost?
All our jobs start at $150, and hot tubs are priced by the size, weight, and how tough the access is. Because they are big and heavy, most run above the minimum. We give you a free on-site estimate first so you know the exact number, with no hidden fees.
Do you drain it first?
Yes. A full hot tub is waterlogged and way too heavy to move, so we drain it before anything else. You do not have to empty it ahead of time, though it speeds things up if it is already dry.
Do you cut it up?
Usually, yes. Most hot tubs will not fit out of a backyard or through a gate in one piece, so we cut them into manageable sections right there and haul every piece out. You are left with a clean, empty spot.
What about tight access?
Not a problem. Tubs boxed in by a deck, a fence, or a narrow side yard are exactly why we cut them down on site. Send a photo or tell us the setup when you call 678-988-2673 and we will plan the job around it.
